Hi, I’m so happy you’re here! I’m Shaylee Jacobs—a licensed esthetician and acne specialist with three years of experience. I’ve been skincare obsessed for as long as I can remember and my own personal struggles with acne led me to pursue esthetics as a career. I graduated from the College of Hair Design in Lincoln, NE in December of 2022 and then pursued advanced education in dermaplaning, lash lifts and brow laminations. I’m also a Face Reality Skincare Certified Acne Specialist, trained to treat acne more holistically while supporting your skin barrier and long-term skincare health. Facials hold a special place in my heart! I always strive to create a calming, customized experience for each and every client. I view skincare as one of the best forms of self-care, supporting both inner peace and healing. In addition to custom facials, I offer advanced skincare treatments including Glo₂Facial, BioRePeel and CO2Lift Pro. My goal is to always create a welcoming, cozy space where you feel seen, heard and supported on your skin journey. My approach combines effective, results-focused treatments with the calming, restorative touch your skin and soul deserve. Cancellation Policy

Life happens and I completely understand! However, in order to keep things running smoothly for both myself and clients, I have set policies in place: • Cancellations/Reschedules: I understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, I ask that you give at least a 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling or cancelling last minute within 24 hours of your appointment start time will incur a 25% fee of the scheduled service(s). • 15-Minute Grace Period: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service will need to be shortened if possible or your appointment will need to be rescheduled + pay a 25% fee of the scheduled service(s). • No-Call/No-Show: Any missed appointment without prior notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file. As of 2025, these policies will be enforced and I cannot make exceptions on an individual basis. Policies are never personal—they ensure my business-of-one can stay afloat. With that being said, in cases of last minute rescheduling and cancellations—I do understand family emergencies, illness or weather and fees may be waived in such cases.
